For the property you choose, we share the official papers. Your own lawyer, or someone you appoint with a power of attorney, verifies everything before you sign. We welcome it.

Sign, pay and register in your name.
You or your representative sign the sale before a notary, the fees are paid, and the property is registered in your name at the Land Registry. We walk you through each step and each cost.
Buying from abroad should never mean buying blind.
- Bring your own lawyer or representative. We encourage it.
- No surprises on cost. Our fee is 2.5% of the selling price, paid by the buyer. We go through it, with the price, registration fees and taxes, in writing before you commit.
- Papers, step by step. The green title deed and full registry papers are shared case by case: after you contact us, your contact is assigned, and we meet. Your lawyer or representative can then verify them before you sign.
- No money before paperwork. We never ask you to send funds before the documents are verified and a written agreement is in place.

Do I need Lebanese citizenship to buy?
At launch we work with buyers who hold Lebanese citizenship, including dual citizens. If you are not sure of your status, ask us before you fall in love with a property.
Can I buy without traveling to Lebanon?
In many cases, yes. You can appoint someone you trust, with a power of attorney, to see the property and sign for you. We still recommend visiting at least once.
How does payment work?
We explain the full payment process, step by step, before you commit.
What does it cost?
Our fee is 2.5% of the selling price, paid by the buyer. On top of the price there are registration fees, taxes and legal fees. We list every cost for each property, in writing, before you commit to anything. There is no charge for contacting us or asking questions. If we also represent the seller, the seller pays us a fee too, and we tell you.
Do I have to report this in the US or Canada?
Possibly. Owning property or accounts abroad can carry reporting duties in both countries. Please speak with your accountant. When you are in the buying process, we can provide the documents your accountant needs.
Can I see the papers before I get in touch?
Each listing tells you which papers are in place. The full file is shared case by case: after you contact us, we assign your contact, and we meet. We do this to protect the owners' privacy and to make sure we are speaking with a serious buyer. Nothing is signed or paid before your lawyer or representative has verified the papers.
